We have hit the rocks of pa , to day was an easy 12 miles in to duncannon pa and with the temps in the mid 90s we stoped there, we are in hersburg for one of the girls im hiking withs birthday, we hit up Appalachian brewing company, for dinner and beer then to the moives before we go back to are tents
Hey cousin. I'm sitting here at a restaurant in Cali with Uncle Jack and Aunt Shirley. We all wanted to know how proud of you we all are (their words, I just think you're doing something completely epic haha). ReplyDeleteHi Doug. So yesterday I did a total of 70. 3 miles today. 1.2 swimming, 56 biking, and 13.1 running. A Half Ironman. Everything hurts from my neck right down to my big toe.
