AT diet plan

The AT diet is the best one out there im down about  30lbs in 4 weeks and eat any and every thing I want in town . The only hard part is you have to hike 18 + miles a day with a 30lb pack every day over towering mts

  2. Our class loves you trail name!! What are your friends trail-names?
    Have you seen any snakes or been chased by any animals? We have been studying the AT all week and we each have a state to research on. Aren't you too tired to play wiffleball when you get done hiking everyday?

    1. Im clad you like my trail name , the other hiker I hike most days with is hawk ( he has a mo-hawk) but I see and hike with so many others it would take me all day to list there names. Snakes have been the animal I have seen the most other then birds,I haven't had any run-ins with bears yet, but have seen bear scat and tracks. And to answer your question about wiffleball your never to tired to stop and have fun because after all thats what the whole thing is about. I can't wate to here all your other questions
